| Doomwheel is half assembled, can't wait to smash it into the side of some expensive armored silly-pantses. | |

| Well, not positive, because the army book i ordered 2 weeks ago is awol. I saved a few bucks on e-bay and figured it would easily be here in 10 business days. Foolish me. | |

| BurTan! I can't remember what you said about spreadsheets for an army list. So, if you indeed have one that you use, I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I have printed out some good old fashion ones, which will work fine. I'm very upset that I can only have 1 lord and 2 rares. How the hell am I supposed to field the Doomwheel, Hell Pit Abom. and Warpfire Cannon! These rules are ludicrous. | |

| Army selection is based on ratios of unit type in 8th edition, not unit type count.
Your army must consist of:
At least three units.
25% or more Core Up to 50% Special (max of 3 duplicate units) Up to 25% Rare (max of 2 duplicate units) Up to 25% Hero Up to 25% Lord
Check out the GW FAQ and Errata, there's a lot going on there.

| So, game on Sunday?
What do we want to do?
We could do a smallish 2v2 game. Maybe 1,500 points each? (I have no idea how many forces the Skaven, Lords of the Under Empire. are going to be able to muster for this.)

| Do not worry yourself about the Skaven, Lords of the Under Empire. As with many things, I went overboard and will be fine on points. But, 2v2 at 1500 sounds good. And, i'm glad it went back to % instead of the count that is in the army books. Probably skipped over it in rulebook assuming it was same. | |

| Dammitall... Was reminded of previous engagements I must attend. I teach Swing at 4:45 and have a battle-of-the-bands-esque event to attend at 7:00. So... I'm probably out of the game. Unless we want to like... start at noon at my house and play fast | |

| Ha, a fast warhammer game; surely you jest.
Even if Logan can't make it I'm free on Sunday. My house is a little small but I'm more than happy to host. I can text Brandon and Melissa too. Orcs might want to show up for this.
If that doesn't work out, do you have a space we could play in Zack?

| Yeah, we could certainly clear a space. I don't have a table top of the proper size though, or any terrain. I have other tables we could put a board on, or whatever, if anyone has one. | |

| So, Sunday, how many points we wanting to go BurTan? I'm going to start working on a 1500 pt army list but am down for whatever. 1500 i believe means no Verminlord, but do not celebrate, for I have other lords to bring to bear. | |

| Army list done and legal. 1500 pts EXACTLY. Love fielding 120 infantry for about 400 pts. Kept magic to a minimum, but threw some in to try it out. Seems MUCH simpler than it used to be. No Verminlord or Abom but you shall know the wrath of Queek, Headtaker. | |

| Its up to you. 1500 is a pretty decent size for a quick game...or at least as quick as Warhammer gets. | |

| Went ok, stupid cannons got to start too far away from the rats. Oh, and destroyed the warp-lightning cannon first turn. Need to get my 2k list build for Sunday. | |

| Ouch. Hate it when the big fun items get blowed up first turn.
Oh yeah, forgot about that tournament. Didn't realize it's on Sunday... shucks, not going to be able to do that one.

| Well, I still think I may try and go. BurTan, any interest in 2k tournament at Muse on Sunday? Starts at 12:30. | |

| I will take a look and see what I can swing for a WYSIWYG tourney for 2k. My big problem is lack of character models.
And yes, as Zack mentioned earlier; the cannons owned face.

| So, Abom is probably 2 days from being finished, which is good i guess. BurTan, you still interested in going on Sunday? I'll drive from my house if you would like to carpool. Also, the glue I use is decent, but it can take a fair bit of time to set up. Does anyone know a decent quick setting glue? (Of course asking that now that I'm about done.) | |

| I like using the lock-tite brand glue. It sets up quickly, holds well and if you get the gel format it doesn't run all over the place.
As for the Warhammer tourney go ahead and count me out, it looks as though Beveryly will be in town so I am going to go hang out with her Sunday. Thanks for the carpool invite though.

| If you want to set up ridiculously quickly, try zip kicker (wouldn't surprise me if there's other stuff like it out there). | |

| So, it would seem that we should have gone to the Muse's Warhammer Fantasy tournament. We would have cleaned up... as no one else showed up to play.
The guy told me they host a Rogue Trader tournament in the summer sometime. We should keep our eyes open for that.
